EN You couldn't see the grand-stand too hot, but you could hear them all yelling, deep and terrific on the Pencey side, because practically the whole school except me was there, and scrawny and faggy on the Saxon Hall side, because the visiting team hardly ever brought many people with them.
PT Não era possível ver toda a assistência, mas, pelo menos, ouviam-se os berros estridentes e terríveis do lado de Pencey, pois praticamente a escola caíra lá em peso - excepto eu -, e uns gritos isolados e fatigados no lado de Saxon Hall, pois o grupo visitante trazia sempre pouca claque.
